We celebrated the 100th day of school this week. That means we are 100 days smarter! Kindergarten students counted and stacked 100 items, and they finger painted ten frames. Office leaders cut and organized box tops. We have a group of students who have stayed after school to create a school video. Fifth grade students are leaders of math. Students check and assist peers, and they lead the class in solving math problems. We celebrated Valentine's Day. but students put first things first. Students completed learning tasks first, then celebrated with fun parties. Fourth grade students searched for text evidence to support their answers, and first grade students practiced reading fluency with peers. A big thank you to families who helped with Valentine's Day parties! Sharpen the saw! We ended the week with play practice. It might be after school has ended on a Friday, but the singing and learning continues!
